Self-Care Coach

Hello! Thank you for checking out my self-care coaching page. More importantly, thank you for caring enough about yourself to get more serious about your self-care practice. If you are struggling to find more time for you, trying to figure out exactly what your self-care practice is, or just curious about the idea of developing a self-care practice, then you have come to the right place.

My name is Cynthia Griffin. I am a Reiki Master and a 500 HR Certified Yoga Instructor, and I have spent hours upon hours (more than I could possibly count) dedicated to the topic of self care. In my own practice, and in finding ways to help others in theirs as well. This includes helping family and friends, as well as launching an Esty shop to start sharing the guided journals I created for my own self-care practice.

I began my self-care practice many years ago, but didn’t realize exactly what I was doing until about a year ago. That’s when I had an ah ha moment and realized how important my self-care was, and that’s when I doubled down on my practice. A year later, I am amazed at the person I have become. I am so excited about my transformation that I want to help others find that too, so decided to offer self-care coaching services.

During this time, we will get to know each other a little better, you can tell me about your current practice (if you have one), and then we can talk about how to expand it to make it work even better for you.

12 x 45 minute one-to-one coaching sessions over 6 months

6 x 15 minute “urgent self-care” calls
